4.6 Product availability may change without notice. A product appearing on the website does not necessarily guarantee that it will remain available until an order is confirmed.
5. Marketplace Vendors
5.1 Some products available through AYCEE may be supplied by independent Vendors.
5.2 AYCEE reviews and approves Vendors before they are permitted to participate in the marketplace.
5.3 Vendors remain responsible for the products they list and supply, including applicable product quality, specifications, authenticity, availability and fulfilment obligations.
5.4 AYCEE may assist with customer complaints, returns, refunds and other transaction issues involving marketplace Vendors in accordance with these Terms and the applicable transaction circumstances.
6. Product Pricing
6.1 Product prices displayed on the website are subject to change.
6.2 The applicable price is generally the price displayed at the time the customer places the order, subject to genuine pricing errors, availability or other circumstances communicated by AYCEE.
6.3 Where a material pricing error is identified before fulfilment, AYCEE may contact the customer to confirm whether the customer wishes to proceed at the correct price.
6.4 Where the customer does not wish to proceed at the corrected price, the order may be cancelled and any applicable payment refunded in accordance with the circumstances.
7. Orders
7.1 A customer may place an order by selecting a product, providing the required information and completing the applicable checkout process.
7.2 An order is subject to confirmation by AYCEE.
7.3 AYCEE may contact the customer where clarification, verification, stock confirmation, pricing confirmation, delivery information or other information is required before an order can be fulfilled.
7.4 An order may be declined or cancelled where:
- The product is unavailable;
- There is a material pricing or listing error;
- The customer provides materially inaccurate information;
- The transaction appears fraudulent or unauthorised;
- The Vendor cannot fulfil the order;
- Delivery cannot reasonably be arranged;
- The product requires additional confirmation or sourcing; or

8. Payment
8.1 Customers shall make payment through the payment channels made available by AYCEE, including Paystack or other approved payment methods.

8.3 AYCEE bears applicable payment and transaction processing fees associated with customer payments made through the marketplace.
8.4 Customers shall not make payment to an individual Vendor, staff member, artisan or other third party unless AYCEE expressly authorises the alternative payment arrangement.
8.5 Customers should retain evidence of payment and order confirmation for their records.
9. Delivery and Logistics
9.1 Delivery may be handled by AYCEE, the Vendor or an appointed logistics provider depending on the arrangement for the particular order.
9.2 AYCEE provides flexible delivery arrangements and may facilitate deliveries within or outside Lagos, subject to product availability, logistics availability and the applicable delivery arrangement.
9.3 Delivery charges are based on the applicable logistics cost for the order.
9.4 Depending on the delivery arrangement, applicable logistics pricing may be based on services such as Uber or an agreed delivery cap according to vehicle type, including:
- Motorcycle
- Saloon car
- SUV

Where a customer reports a defective, damaged, incorrect or non-conforming product, AYCEE may request evidence and contact the relevant Vendor or supplying party to investigate and resolve the issue.
10.6 Returns and Refunds
Where a customer wishes to return a product or request a refund, the customer should contact AYCEE rather than independently returning the product to a Vendor unless AYCEE provides specific return instructions.
10.7 AYCEE may provide the customer with instructions regarding collection, return location, packaging, inspection or other requirements applicable to the return.
10.8 Procurement and Sourcing Requests
Customers requiring products that are not available through standard marketplace checkout may contact AYCEE Customer Support or the procurement team.
The customer may be directed to provide product specifications, quantity, brand, delivery location, required date and other relevant requirements before a quotation is prepared.
10.9 Professional Service Requests
Customers seeking artisans, tradesmen or construction professionals should submit their requests through AYCEE.
AYCEE may review the request, identify an appropriate verified professional and facilitate the booking or connection process.
10.10 Escalation
Where a customer support issue cannot be resolved at the initial stage, AYCEE may escalate the matter internally for further review and resolution.
10.11 AYCEE may communicate with the customer by phone, email, WhatsApp or another official communication channel where necessary to resolve the matter.
10.12 Customers should not provide payment details, passwords or other sensitive information to individuals claiming to represent AYCEE through unofficial channels.

- Cannot be fulfilled within the agreed timeframe where no acceptable alternative has been agreed.

12.3 Complaint Resolution
Where a valid complaint is raised, AYCEE may first seek to have the relevant Vendor or supplying party rectify the issue.
Depending on the circumstances, resolution may include:
- Replacement of the affected product;
- Repair;
- Correction of quantity;
- Supply of the correct specification;
- Completion of an outstanding order;
- Another appropriate corrective action; or
- Another resolution agreed with the customer.
12.4 Faulty Replacement
Where a product is faulty and the Vendor replaces it, but the replacement is also faulty or does not resolve the original issue, the customer may be entitled to:
- A refund; or
- An alternative resolution agreed by AYCEE and the customer.
12.5 Failure to Resolve a Complaint
Where a valid complaint cannot reasonably be resolved by the Vendor or supplying party, AYCEE may provide an alternative resolution where appropriate.
This may include arranging an alternative product, replacement or other reasonable solution.

A refund may be considered where:
- A product remains faulty after an appropriate replacement;
- The correct product or an acceptable replacement cannot be provided;
- A valid complaint cannot reasonably be rectified;
- The product materially differs from what was ordered;
- An order cannot be fulfilled as agreed and no acceptable alternative is available; or
- Another circumstance reasonably justifies a refund.

Where a refund is approved, AYCEE shall process the applicable refund through an appropriate payment method.
The timing of the refund may depend on the applicable payment channel, financial institution and processing requirements.
12.8 Conditions for Returns

- Return location;
- Packaging;
- Collection;

14. Custom, Bespoke, Imported and Special Procurement
14.1 Customers may request products that are not listed as standard marketplace products.
